Sanosafe fixation tape is a soft nonwoven roll for holding wound dressings in place. It is hypoallergenic and breathable, made for sensitive skin, and suitable for both professional care and everyday first aid at home.
The tape is latex-free and self-adhesive, and it holds dressings, compresses, cannulas and infusion lines without a second pair of hands. The breathable nonwoven lets the skin underneath stay ventilated during longer wear, and the tape lifts off again without leaving residue.
Cut it to the length you need. The roll is flexible enough to follow a joint or a curve, so one width covers several situations instead of a drawer full of sizes.
The tape is a Class I medical device under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and carries the CE mark.
Available in three widths, each 10 m long: 7.5 cm for smaller dressings, 10 cm for everyday use and 15 cm where a larger compress needs full coverage.
